Compensation and Benefits

In order to drive "added-value", KEYENCE realizes the need to recruit and retain top talent and recognize value adding efforts and achievements. With that in mind, the fundamental principles of our compensation and benefits program has two aspects:
1) To stay ahead of the curve in the marketplace, our program is regularly reviewed against the external market; and
2) To share and recognize added-value, a good portion of our cash compensation is tied to the company's profit and used to reward our employee's contributions.
