Telemarketing Associate
Location : Headquarter (Reforma in Mexico City)

Job Summary

As a Telemarketing Associate, you will be responsible for following up the contact database and getting involved in all aspects of the sales process including the development of relationships and business opportunities with potential clients; ensuring the reach of business objectives and high customer satisfaction.

Principle duties and tasks

  • Process invoices for payment with delivery via email, validate and upload XML invoices in customer portals.
  • Collect all the necessary information according to the requirements of each client such as the PDF Invoice, XML, evidence of delivery, invoice validation (COFIDI), purchase order, etc.
  • Follow up on the assigned portfolio, update the payment schedule in the system.
  • Keep the database of customers in the system updated with respect to accounts receivable contacts.


  • Bachelor´s degree in Business, Accounting or similar area.
  • Advanced English level required.
  • Intermediate – Advance Excel skills.
  • Experience in Account Receivable area.
  • High invoicing volume process.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize diverse set of projects, tasks, and activities for timely completion.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Good Communication and Negotiation skills.
  • High logical reasoning and analytical skills.
