Job Summary

As a Reporting Associate, you will be responsible to develop and execute reporting strategies across all product lines and administrative areas. Also, to disseminate useful information to the sales management for the purpose of maximizing sales results in the most efficient manner.

Principle duties and tasks

  • Develop and execute reporting strategies across all product lines and administrative areas.
  • Disseminate useful information to the sales management for the purpose of maximizing sales results in the most efficient manner.
  • Analyze and generate reports on sales activities, sales results, customer/industry trends, best practices, and/or successful applications for sales management.
  • Understand and observe company/department policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor´s degree in Accounting or similar area.
  • Advanced English level required.
  • Intermediate – Advance Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence software such as Business Objects and SQL and database.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize diverse set of projects, tasks, and activities for timely completion.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Good Communication and Negotiation skills.
  • High logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving oriented.
  • Structured and strongly detail-oriented person.
  • Multitasking and task oriented.
  • Ability to coordinate and adapt to various interdepartmental activities/projects.
  • Integrity – job requires appropriate handling of confidential, sensitive information.
  • 6 months to 1-year similar activities.
